Miguel A. Pulido is the former Mayor of Santa Ana, California (1994–2020), serving as the city’s first and longest-tenured Latino mayor after being elected to thirteen consecutive terms. His experience in municipal leadership, infrastructure, and public-private collaboration strengthens Flagship’s strategic focus on real estate and development initiatives.
TOM BAYKO – ADVISOR
Tom Bayko is a leading Houston-based trial and arbitration lawyer with extensive experience in high-stakes, complex commercial, energy, and international disputes. He has successfully prosecuted and defended cases involving derivatives and financial instruments, commodities trading, expropriations, offshore blowouts, tortious interference, production sharing and joint operating agreements, royalty and pipeline disputes, trade secrets theft, fraud, defamation, and major construction and commercial claims.
EZEQUIEL H. MOLINA – DIRECTOR
Is a Junior Investment Analyst focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across real estate and corporate transactions. He supports due diligence, financial analysis, and market research, bringing a data-driven and collaborative approach to advancing Flagship’s investment strategy.
NOEL E. GOMEZ – FUND MANAGER
He is a construction, real estate, and investment professional and Fund Manager, with more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the United States and Central America. He combines technical expertise in engineering and project management with experience in real estate development and investment structuring, bringing a disciplined, execution-driven approach to complex projects and capital deployment.
